MAGICALLY,
INC. ACQUIRES FITWORLD.COM LTD.--
Corporate
Acquisition Cements Position as leader in Personal Information Management
Components
Redwood
City, CA – September 6, 2001 – Magically,
Inc. a full-featured, web-based information management
and collaboration components provider, today announced
it has completed its acquisition of London based FITWorld.com
Ltd. an innovative developer of information management
applications. This cash and stock deal marks Magically
Inc.'s first corporate acquisition and further extends
its global reach to include Europe.
The
new company is known as Magically Europe, and will continue
to employ all 15 of FITWorld.com's employees. Graham Ward,
the former Director of Development for FITWorld.com, will
become General Manager of the new entity. FITWorld.com
Ltd was acquired from Future Internet Technologies Plc.

and new customers."
AnytimeNow
is currently available from Magically, Inc as a stand-alone
tool, but will be fully incorporated into Magically’s
offering later this year. The combined product architecture
will be scalable, flexible and empower business communities
to increase collaboration and wireless communications
capability.
